½cupFresh lime juice

35x6 tomato small dice
1Large yellow onion small dice
½Bu fresh chopped cilantro

Directions

From the recipe books of Chef Sergio Verduzco: Mix all the ingredients allow to marinate at least 1 hr. Drain off excess juice and refrigerate. Good for 3 days maximum. Discard leftover after 3 days.
