| 3 | 5x6 tomato small dice | |
| 1 | Large yellow onion small dice | |
| ½ | Bu fresh chopped cilantro | |
Directions
From the recipe books of Chef Sergio Verduzco: Mix all the ingredients allow to marinate at least 1 hr. Drain off excess juice and refrigerate. Good for 3 days maximum. Discard leftover after 3 days.
