1Small jalapeno pepper, chopt
2Med tomatoes, finely chopped
30Pitted green olives
teaspoonCumin
20Capers
¼cupFresh coriander, chopped
¼cupOlive oil
1Salt & pepper to taste
1Oregano to taste

Directions

Servings: 6

Marinate fish in lime juice for 4 to 5 hours, until fish turns white. Drain; mix with all other ingredients. Serve chilled.
