Macaroni and cheese 001

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Fat free pasteurized cheese product, Healthy Choice, cubed
12 ounces Lite evaporated skim milk
½ cup Onion, chopped
12 teaspoons Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
7 ounces Elbow macaroni, cooked (2 cups)

Heat oven to 350 F. In saucepan place cheese cubes, evaporated milk, onion, dry mustard and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Add cooked macroni and stir to coat. Pour into a 2 qt.

casserole dish. Bat at 350 f. for 30 minutes until bubbly. 6 servings, each 155 calories, 15 g protein, 23 g carbo., fat ½ g, chol. 9 mg, sodium 598 mg.
