Macaroni & cheese .002

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Macaroni, elbow
½ cup Milk
½ pounds Cheese; grated
\N \N Salt
\N \N Black pepper, ground
\N \N Bread crumbs

1. Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Place in casserole dish.

2. In a saucepan, heat milk and cheese until the cheese is melted.

Add seasonings and pour over macaroni in casserole dish.

3. Mix with a fork, cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven, 350F, for 15 minutes.
