Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Macaroni, elbow |
½ cup | Milk |
½ pounds | Cheese; grated |
\N \N | Salt |
\N \N | Black pepper, ground |
\N \N | Bread crumbs |
1. Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Place in casserole dish.
2. In a saucepan, heat milk and cheese until the cheese is melted.
Add seasonings and pour over macaroni in casserole dish.
3. Mix with a fork, cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven, 350F, for 15 minutes.
