8ouncesFat free pasteurized cheese product, Healthy Choice, cubed
12ouncesLite evaporated skim milk
½cupOnion, chopped
12teaspoonsDry mustard
¼teaspoonPepper
7ouncesElbow macaroni, cooked (2 cups)

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F. In saucepan place cheese cubes, evaporated milk, onion, dry mustard and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Add cooked macroni and stir to coat.

Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Bat at 350 f. for 30 minutes until bubbly. 6 servings, each 155 calories, 15 g protein, 23 g carbo., fat ½ g, chol. 9 mg, sodium 598 mg.
