Macaroni and bean bake - butter busters^

2cupsNonfat Cheddar cheese, grated
1can(16oz) pinto, Ranch or red beans, undrained
1can(16oz) Italian or Mexican stewed tomatoes
1eachGreen pepper, diced
1eachRed pepper, diced
2eachesTb fatfree Parmesan cheese (Alpine Lace or Weight Watchers)

Directions

Heat oven to 375F. Spray a 9" square glass baking dish with a nonfat cooking spray. Combine macaroni, 1½ cups Cheddar cheese, beans, tomatoes and peppers; mix well. Spoon into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
