|10 \N||Boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
|¼ cup||Vegetable oil|
|3 cans||Cream of Chicken Soup|
|1 can||(16 oz) crushed pineapple|
|\N \N||Paprika to garnish (adds a \"special something\" to the appeal\")|
|1 \N||Jar (5 oz) Macadamia Nuts, crushed|
|\N \N||Parsley sprigs to garnish|

Preheat oven to 300 dgress F. In a large skillet over med-high heat, lightly brown chicken in oil. Place chicken in single layer in large, greased casserole dish. Mix soup and milk; pour over chicken. Spread pineapple over chicken/soup. Bake covered tightly for 2 hours and 45 min.
For last 15 minutes, remove casserole covering, sprinkle nuts over top of casserole, and return to bake the last 15 minutes. Garnish before serving with paprika and parsley.
