Yield: 12 Servings
|1½ cup||Macadamia nuts; chopped|
|3 tablespoons||Butter; melted|
|1 \N||Square semi-sweet choc|
|1 cup||Whipping cream; whipped|
|20 \N||Large marshmallows|
For Crust: Mix crust ingredients and press in 9 inch pie plate.
Thoroughly chill in refrigerator before making filling. For Filling: Melt one square semi-sweet choc. in milk in double boiler. Add marshmallows. When these are completely melted, add whipped cream.
Stir and pour into throughly chilled pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve. This recipe came from the Kulekane in Maui, Hawaii.
