Lower fat guacamole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Canned green peas; rinsed with cool water for 2 minutes and drained
2 tablespoons Low-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ medium Avocado; peeled, pitted, slightly mashed
½ cup Tomato; chopped
¼ cup Onion; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Salsa
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Chili powder

In a food processor, blend peas, mayonnaise and lemon juice until ultra- smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Season to taste. Serve with baked tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
