Low-fat bread pudding

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Bread cubes
1 cup Applesauce
2 \N Eggs
2 cups 1% milk
⅓ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg

mix bread and apple sauce togther. beat eggs, and rest of ingredients. pour over bread, leave 10 mins. bake at 350 for 50-60 mins.
