Low-calorie chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Chicken breasts; halved and skinned
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons Paprika
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
10 drops Tabasco
¼ cup Water
4 \N Artichoke hearts
\N \N Parmesan cheese
\N \N Paprika

Place chicken breasts, meat side up, in a 9 inch square pan. Mix these ingredients and pour over chicken: lemon juice, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika, Worcestershire, Tabasco and water. Cut artichoke hearts in half and place 2 halves on each breast. Coat well with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle a light coating of paprika on chicken. Bake at 350ø for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered. Calories 146 per serving. Yield: 4 servings.
