Low-calorie chicken okra gumbo

| 2 | Cloves garlic; chopped | |
| 1 | pack | Frozen okra |
| Tomato; optional | ||
| 14 | cups | Water |
Directions
Remove skin from chicken; season with salt and pepper. Place garlic and onion in a pot with raw chicken. Add water; heat to a boil. Add tomato and okra. Cook until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
