Ingredients

| 5 | cups | Sliced/peeled apples |

| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
| ⅓ | cup | Softened butter |
| 1 | Unbaked 9-inch pie shell | |
Directions
Blend ketchup & lemon juice; combine with apples. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until thoroughly mixed. Fill pie shell with apples; top with sugar mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until apples are cooked. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired. Makes one 9-inch pie.
