Lo-cal blueberry jam

| Unsweetened frozen | ||
| Blueberries , thawed | ||
| 1 | pack | Fruit pectin powder -- l-3/4 |
| Ounces | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 3½ | teaspoon | Liquid artificial sweetener |
Directions
In a saucepan, mash blueberries. Stir in pectin and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in the sweetener. Stir for 2 minutes. Spoon into jars. Cool, Cover, seal and refrigerate. Yield: 1-½ pints. Calories: 9 per tablespoon.
