Lemon-pecan tartar sauce

Ingredients

2cupsPecans (chopped); toasted
¼cupCapers; drained,
¼cupGreen onions; minced
¼cupParsley (fresh); chopped
2teaspoonsCornichons; drained, chopped
2teaspoonsLemon zest
1Salt
1Cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix together well. Salt and pepper to taste(t-t). Refrigerate. Serve with seafood as desired.
