Lemon jelly filling

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Egg yolks; well beaten
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 \N Lemon; juice of and grated rind of
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 \N Lump butter

Sift flour and sugar together. Combine all ingredients and cook until thick.
