Yield: 40 servings
|¾ cup||Brown sugar|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon rind, grated|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|1 \N||Egg white|
|1 cup||Filbert nuts, finely chopped|
Cream butter, sugar and lemon rind until fluffy. Sift together and add flour, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and chill several hours.
