Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | Softened butter |
½ \N | Sugar |
1 \N | Egg yolk; beaten |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 pinch | Salt |
2 cups | Flour |
\N \N | Grated nuts for top |
¾ teaspoon | Orange rind |
3 tablespoons | Softened butter |
1½ cup | Confectioner's sugar |
1½ tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Combine first 6 ingredients. Form in 4 small rolls and chill. Slice thin.
Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 400 about 7 minutes, until light brown. Combine rind, butter, sugar and juice. Place small amount between 2 cookies. Press together gently.
