Lemon chive fettuccine

6ouncesFettucine -- uncooked
cupLowfat sour cream
3tablespoonsFresh chives -- chopped
1tablespoonLemon peel -- grated
2teaspoonsLemon juice
1teaspoonSoft margarine
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonWhite pepper

Directions

Boil 3 quarts water. Add fettuccine. Stir until water boils again (about 30 seconds). Cook 10-12 minutes and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with fettuccine. Serve hot as a side to poultry or as a refreshing entree.
