Lemon cheese dessert bombe

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 ounce Unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons Water
1 cup Milk
\N \N Fresh strawberries optional
3 ounces Cream cheese; softened
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Lemon yogurt


Soften gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water. Stir in milk. Cook and stir until gelatin dissolves. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Stir in yogurt. Gradually blend in gelatin mixture. Pour into a 3 cup mold or t ½ cup molds. Chill until set. Unmold and garnish with fresh strawberries, or other fruit of your choice. Barb Day
