Lemon and cumin crackwheat

Measure Ingredient
300 grams Bulgar wheat
2 tablespoons Virgin olive oil
1 Unwaxed lemon; washed and very
; finely chopped
3 teaspoons Ground cumin
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
Freshly ground black pepper

1 Soak the bulgar wheat in boiling water as directed on the packet.

2 In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the chopped lemon and fry for two minutes. Add the cumin and garlic and fry for 30 seconds 3 Stir in the bulgar wheat and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Season well with black pepper and serve at once.
