|300 grams||Bulgar wheat|
|2 tablespoons||Virgin olive oil|
|1||Unwaxed lemon; washed and very|
|; finely chopped|
|3 teaspoons||Ground cumin|
|2||Cloves garlic; crushed|
|Freshly ground black pepper|
1 Soak the bulgar wheat in boiling water as directed on the packet.
2 In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the chopped lemon and fry for two minutes. Add the cumin and garlic and fry for 30 seconds 3 Stir in the bulgar wheat and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Season well with black pepper and serve at once.
