Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Baked turkey; cut in small pieces |
| 1 | cup | Celery; chopped |
| 1 | medium | Size onion; chopped |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| Paprika | ||
| Crushed potato chips | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients together; turn into a 1-½ to 2 quart casserole.
Cover with crushed potato chips. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes or until potato chips begin to brown. Serves 6.
