Left over turkey

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Baked turkey; cut in small pieces
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 medium Size onion; chopped
1 can Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Paprika
\N \N Crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients together; turn into a 1-½ to 2 quart casserole.

Cover with crushed potato chips. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes or until potato chips begin to brown. Serves 6.
