|500 grams||Frozen shredded cabbage; (1lb)|
|250 grams||Tomatoes; skinned and sliced|
|Salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|1||300 gram tub fresh four cheese sauce|
|125 grams||Cheddar cheese; grated (4oz)|
Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
Cook the cabbage as per pack instructions, then arrange in an ovenproof baking dish 23cm x 23cm (9" x 9").
Top with the sliced tomatoes and season well.
Pour over the tub of four cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and bubbling.
