Latvian herring salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Herring in brine, soaked in milk and diced
2 \N Granny Smith apple, diced
2 \N Onions, chopped
3 \N Hard boiled eggs, diced
4 \N Pickled cucumbers, diced
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Fresh cream
1 teaspoon Curry.

Drain herring and rinse in water. Mix everything to combine. Chill.
