Latvian herring salad

Ingredients

1Herring in brine, soaked in milk and diced
2Granny Smith apple, diced
2Onions, chopped
3Hard boiled eggs, diced
4Pickled cucumbers, diced
¼cupMayonnaise
¼cupFresh cream
1teaspoonCurry.

Directions

Drain herring and rinse in water. Mix everything to combine. Chill.
