Latvian herring salad

Ingredients

| 1 | Herring in brine, soaked in milk and diced | |
| 2 | Granny Smith apple, diced | |
| 2 | Onions, chopped | |
| 3 | Hard boiled eggs, diced | |
| 4 | Pickled cucumbers, diced | |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh cream |
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry. |
Directions
Drain herring and rinse in water. Mix everything to combine. Chill.
