| 1¼ | pounds | Cottage cheese (dry) |
| ½ | cup | Parmesian cheese |
| 2 | cans | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
| 8 | ounces | Lasagna |
| 2 | cups | Mozzarella (grated) |
Directions
~ Brown the ground beef and drain. ~ add tomato sauce and seasonings ~ simmer slowly for 20 minutes ~ prepare the lasagna noodles ~ arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. ~ Top with ⅓ of the meat sauce, ⅓ of the mozzarella, ⅓ of the cottage cheese. ~ Repeat the layering until done. End with the cottage cheese. ~ top with parmesian cheese. ~ Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. ~ Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
