L&l bakers' dill bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Milk
¼ cup Water
1 \N Egg
3 cups Bread flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Butter
3 tablespoons Sugar
⅔ cup Lowfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Dried onion
1 tablespoon Dried dill
1 tablespoon Dried parsley
1½ teaspoon Yeast

Here's a couple of my favorites from "Bread Machine Magic" -- the measurements are for 1-½# loaves.

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting & press start. After the baking cycle, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool 1hr. before slicing.
