Kraut 'n frank chowder

Ingredients

¼cupMargarine;
1poundsWieners; cut into 1/2\" chunks
2largesOnions; chopped
1Stalk celery; chopped
1can(16-oz) sauerkraut; drained
1Bay leaf;
¼teaspoonPepper;
¼teaspoonThyme;
1tablespoonInstant beef bouillon;
3cupsWater;

Directions

Heat pressure cooker. Add butter, brown wierners. Remove wierners.

Saute onions and celery until tender. Stir wieners, sauerkraut, bay leaf, pepper, thyme, bouillon, and water. Close cover securely.

Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. COOK 5 MINUTES. Let pressure drop of its own accord. 4 to 6 servings.
