Koufta fingers with tahini

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Kabab (see recipe)
1 cup Yogurt
1 teaspoon Vinegar
3 tablespoons Tahini
1 dash Lemon juice

Prepare Kababs as directed. Shape as fingers. Arrange in pyrex. Bake at 350x to 400xF. for 30 min. Mix the tahini w/ lemon and water until it becomes smooth. Add yogurt and vinegar. Pour on the meat and bake until done. Serve w/ rice.
