Tahini walnuts

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
6 fluid ounce Tahini
6 ounces Walnuts crushed
¼ teaspoon Cayenne
½ teaspoon Coriander seeds. crushed
2 \N Thick slices wholemeal bread; finely crumbed
3 ounces Sesame seeds; lightly toasted

1. Combine the garlic, salt, tahini, walnuts, cayenne and coriander in a bowl or a blender and whisk to a smooth paste.

2. Slowly add the breadcrumbs, stirring all the time to form a paste that is firm enough to hold its own shape.

3. Form the mixture into walnut size balls and roll them in the toasted sesame seeds. Stick each one on a cocktail stick and refrigerate until ready to serve.
