Kolbi - korean style ribs

Ingredients

1cupSoy sauce
6Cloves garlic -- crushed
¼Inch piece ginger root --
Crushed

3teaspoonsSugar
¼cupSesame oil
Onion -- sliced

Directions

Mix ingredients in large bowl and let stand overnight. Grill over medium heat until meat is cooked (approximately 15 to 20 minutes). Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
