Bobby's mama's kal bi ribs (korean bbq ribs)

Ingredients

4poundsShort ribs (up to 5)
½cupShoyu; (soy sauce)
2tablespoonsHoney
2tablespoonsToasted sesame seeds (up to 3)
teaspoonDried red pepper
3Cloves garlic; minced (up to 4)
½cupGreen onions; chopped
1Piece fresh ginger root; grated, 1\"x1/2\"
1tablespoonSesame oil (up to 2)
1dashPepper

Directions

Kal Bi Ribs Combine all ingredients except ribs. Mix well. Add ribs and marinate for several hours (overnight is best). Turn a few times. Broil on hibachi until well browned (3 or 4 minutes on each side). Enjoy! Me ke aloha, Mary Spero
