Kitty's crabcakes

1 | tablespoon | (heaping) mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon | Dry mustard -- (scant coffee |

2 | tablespoons | Cracker crumbs |
⅔ | cup | Parsley -- chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Black pepper |
Mix crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt. Pat with bread crumbs and parsley. Brown in skillet. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 patties and left overs are great made into sandwiches.
