Kitty's crabcakes

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | tablespoon | (heaping) mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry mustard -- (scant coffee |

| 2 | tablespoons | Cracker crumbs |
| ⅔ | cup | Parsley -- chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| Black pepper | ||
Directions
Mix crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt. Pat with bread crumbs and parsley. Brown in skillet. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 patties and left overs are great made into sandwiches.
