Kitty's crabcakes

Ingredients

1poundsCrab meat -- picked over
1Egg
1tablespoon(heaping) mayonnaise
1tablespoonDry mustard -- (scant coffee
Spoon)
2tablespoonsCracker crumbs
cupParsley -- chopped
½teaspoonSalt
Black pepper

Directions

Mix crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt. Pat with bread crumbs and parsley. Brown in skillet. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 patties and left overs are great made into sandwiches.
