3tablespoonsOil
½eachCucumber, diced
10eachesShallots, diced
16ouncesGreen peas, cooked
16ouncesCorn
16ouncesTomatoes, crushed
1cupJerusalem artichokes, mashed -=OR=- potatoes
Grilled bannock
Salt & pepper

Directions

Fry the pepper, cucumber & shallots in the oil until tender. Add the peas, corn, tomatoes, artichoke or potato & bannock. Season to taste. Stir well & heat until everything is hot.
