Vegetable soup (powter)

Ingredients

1bunchCelery, chopped
1canCorn with juice
1Bag frozen mixed vegetables
1Bag frozen California
Vegetables
1largeOnion, sliced thinly
1canGreen beans with juice
1Bag frozen green beans
xOptional: 1/2 cabbage,
Sliced thinly
1Bag frozen okra

Directions

Add onion and celery to V-8 juice in large pot. Cook until tender.

Add all other vegetables. Cook to desired consistency. Add any seasonings you prefer, like thyme, oregano, basil, and bay leaves.
