Kidney and tomato

Ingredients

3Lambs kidneys, cleaned, cored and cubed
2Rashers of bacon, chopped (slices)
5Tomatoes, chopped
1bunch(small) corriander leaves, chopped
1Buch (small) mint leaves, chopped
6Cloves garlic, chopped
11/2-inch piece ginger, chopped
2Green chillies, chopped
1Onion, minced or very finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a little oil fry the onions until they start to brown. Add the remaining ingredients other than the kidney. Fry for 5 minutes then add the kidney, salt and pepper. Cook until done. Serve on either fried or toasted bread.
