Kelli's macaroni and cheese

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cooked macaroni rinsed wtih cold water
2 cups Cream sauce (see below)
2 cups Cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons Melted butter
4 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cup Heavy cream
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste


1) Over low heat, melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually add milk and stir until thick and smooth. Add heavy cream and then salt and pepper to taste.

2) In Casserole dish, layer macaroni, cheese, and cream sauce in layers.

End with cheese on top. Top with bread crumbs if desired.
