Kathy's chicken breasts

Quantity Ingredient
Chicken breasts
¼ pounds Softened butter
1 Envelope onion soup mix
2 tablespoons Parsley
Flour
Egg
Bread crumbs
Oil

Pound chicken with side of meat mallet until thin. Mix soup, butter & parsley. Spread on chicken & roll up sides. Secure with picks. Roll in flour, then in egg, finally roll in crumbs. Heat oil & cook chicken slowly until golden brown.
