Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Chicken wings split in two sections
1 \N Bottle Durkee's hot sauce
1 \N Sticks butter (up to 2)

In a sauce pot, heat butter and hot sauce to boiling. In deep fryer fry chicken wings about 12 at a time fry 12-15 minutes or until crispy. After chicken wings are done, dip into sauce then eat.
