Oil for deep frying

Directions

YIELD: 1 RECIPE

Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Shape into 1½-inch balls. Deep fry in 350 degree oil until golden brown. Stir occasionally to prevent balls from sticking together. Put honey in a large pan and add balls hen toss gently to coat them evenly. Skewer 3 to a stick.
