1cupMochiko
1cupWater
½cupSugar
2cupsCooked yams; sliced in 1/2 inch cubes
2cupsCooked taro, sliced in 1/2 inch cubes
2eachesFirm ripe bananas; peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices

Directions

Mix ½ c coconut milk with the mochiko to form a stiff dough. Shape into ½ inch balls; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine remaining coconut milk, water and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, sirring occasionally. Add yams and mochiko balls; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 more minutes. Add taro and cook for 15 more minutes or until desired thickness. Stir banana slices into pudding before serving. Ginataan
