Karen's spicy chicken spiedies

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
½ cup Salad oil
½ cup Parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 \N Cloves garlic, pressed
⅔ cup White vinegar
⅔ cup Tomato-based salsa
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes Hot pepper sauce, more or less
4 pounds Cubed chicken

Marinate meat in refrigerator for two days.
