Justin wilson's fish marinade and basting sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Chablis wine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Creole mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cayenne pepper |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Use as a marinade and basting sauce
