Justin wilson's okra gumbo

Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Onions; chopped |
| 1 | Clove garlic | |
| 2 | pounds | Okra; sliced |
| 6 | mediums | Tomatoes; chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tabasco |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt (up to) |
| 2 | cups | Sauterne wine |
Directions
Saute bacon, onions and garlic in olive oil coated skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cook until okra is tender.
