Measure Ingredient
1 each Egg
½ cup Milk
½ cup Flour
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
3 pounds Chicken thighs
¼ cup Butter, melted

In bowl, whisk together egg and milk. In lg bag, shake together flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, paprika and salt. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time into egg mixture; shake chicken in flour mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle with butter. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until chicken is crispy on outside and no longer pink inside. Makes 6 servings. Canadian Living Magazine, May 1989
