Jonathan apple crisp

2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice 1/3 C butter or margarine |
¾ | cup | Brown sugar, packed 1/2 c all purpose flour |
½ | cup | Quick rolled oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon |
Directions
From the Michigan State Fair <the oldest state fair in the country!> Place peeled apples in lemon juice in 8" glass baking dish. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Microwave unovered 10-12 minutes or until apples are tender.
