Jim's horseradish bbq sauce

| ½ | cup | Fresh lemon juice |
| ½ | cup | Ketchup |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cornstarch |
| ½ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
| ½ | cup | Prepared horseradish |
Directions
Make a slurry of the lemon juice, vinegar and cornstarch; add it to a sauce pan with the Worcestershire, sugar and pepper sauce. Bring just to a boil. Lower heat immediately and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat and stir in the horseradish. Use as a BBQ sauce or chill and use as a condiment with cold sliced roast meats .
