Jesse's cafe beet pickles

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | gallon | Canned Beets -- undrained |
| 1 | cup | Vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Pickling Spices -- tied in cheesecloth |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Simmer 10 mins, then let cool with the pickling spice remaining in the liquid. When cool, remove spices and store beets in refrigerator until ready to serve.
