Jerusalem kugel ( peppery spaghetti pudding)

1 pack 8 oz thin spaghetti
½ cup Cooking oil
½ cup Sugar
1½ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
3 larges Eggs slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350 Cook the spaghetti as the package directs.

In a medium saucepan, heat the oil and then add the sugar. Cook over a very low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is very dark, almost black, about 10 minutes. Immediately add the spaghetti and the salt, pepper and eggs. Stir well and test to see Note: This peppery noodle pudding is a speciality of Jerusalem's Chassidic jews.
