Spaghetti squash kugel

1⅓ cup Lowfat cottage cheese
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
3 teaspoons Sugar; Sweetener equivalent
1 teaspoon Vanilla butternut flavoring
3 cups Cooked; drained sp. sq.

From: Patricia Moore <PCPJMOOR@...> Date: Sun, 18 Aug 1996 13:44:26 -0700 Preheat oven 350. In large bowl beat eggs. Add cottage cheese, cinnamon, sweetener and vanilla butternut. Beat until well blended. Add sp. sq. to egg mixture, mix well. Pour into a casserole sprayed with your favorite veg spray(Pam etc). Sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
