Jenny's peanut butter noodles

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Linguine
3 tablespoons Peanut butter
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oriental sesame oil
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon White wine vinegar
2 cloves Garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Onion; grated

Cook the linguine according to the directions on the package. Drain.

Meanwhile in a large bowl, mix all of the remaining ingredients together. Add the linguine to the sauce and toss to coat well.
